To initiate an exchange or shop credit please send an email to Blueirisboutiquemain@gmail.com and include your name and item you purchased. This must be done within 5 days of items purchased ( if local pickup is checked) or delivery receipt that shows the item(s) were delivered with the date! This policy is for everyone.
